Biology is too complex. No single company holds all the data, across every modality and biological scale, required to build it.

As a team of frontier AI researchers and top computational biologists we went back to the drawing board and created something different. Not a model, a Reasoning Engine. Not agent orchestration, but a new approach: Modality Fusion.

Our focus: R&D decisions that shape clinical efficacy and safety outcomes—where the smallest change can affect the entire trajectory of the clinical trial.
